Pres­su­re Dis­pen­ser for indus­tri­al in-line use The VIR­TUS 50 prints and appli­es labels super fast and relia­bly. The label prin­ted last is also appli­ed and this means that the­re is no mis­a­lignment, when the batch is chan­ged. The pre­cis­i­on appli­ca­tors mean that the label is dis­pen­sed with gre­at accu­ra­cy on the pro­duct. The sys­tem was desi­gned for in-line use and for deman­ding and rough indus­tri­al working con­di­ti­ons. Our wide ran­ge of appli­ca­tors means that we have the ide­al solu­ti­on for every type of label­ling requirement.The sys­tem can easi­ly be inte­gra­ted into the pro­duc­tion. For best results we recom­mend the machi­ne is used in com­bi­na­ti­on with our spe­cial soft­ware for label design.

The Prin­ter

The thermal/thermal trans­fer prin­ter is a robust prin­ter sui­ta­ble for long run­ning times and high pro­duc­tion cycles. It is fast, and due to the high prin­ting speed of up to 200 mm/second, the prin­ter can also be used in pro­duc­tion lines with very fast ope­ra­ting cycles.

The reso­lu­ti­on of 8 or 12 dots/mm gua­ran­tees bril­li­ant­ly sharp prin­ting. As the prin­ter is available in both a right-sided and a left-sided moun­ted ver­si­on, it is always pos­si­ble to find an opti­mal solu­ti­on for the machi­ne to be instal­led in an effi­ci­ent and user-fri­end­ly way.

The Appli­ca­tor

The­re is a lar­ge ran­ge of stan­dard appli­ca­tors available. We are also able to adapt machi­nes to the indi­vi­du­al spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons of our cus­to­mers. The appli­ca­tor trans­ports the prin­ted label from the prin­ter to the pro­duct, wher­eby the label is atta­ched to the requi­red sur­face by a vacu­um. The label can be appli­ed by pres­su­re, pres­su­re and blo­wing, wiping or just by blo­wing. Whe­ther the label needs to be appli­ed from the side, the front, or around the cor­ner, we have the sui­ta­ble model for all your requirements.

The Soft­ware

The user-fri­end­ly label prin­ting pro­gram­me allows for the opti­mal run­ning of the enti­re sys­tem. Ente­ring the label data is very easy, as the sys­tem is com­pa­ti­ble with the Win­dows plat­forms. Texts, graphs, bar codes and spe­cial fields can be easi­ly crea­ted in no time. Sophisti­ca­ted and func­tion­al labels can be desi­gned with true type cha­rac­ters, as well as with the fonts available in the printer.

It is pos­si­ble to con­nect the machi­ne direct­ly to various data bases or via ODBC. The inte­gra­ted SAP Func­tion­a­li­ty means that a file can be crea­ted by hit­ting a simp­le key, which can then be uploa­ded in an SAP script form.

The Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on

The VIR­TUS 50 can be con­trol­led by every EDP/SPS. It is equip­ped with all the com­mon inter­faces (Ether­net, USB, seri­al, par­al­lel). The stan­dard CF-Dri­ve also means that it can be ope­ra­ted wit­hout an EDP con­nec­tion. Fur­ther­mo­re the­re are stan­dard signals (input and out­put) to ensu­re an opti­mal inte­gra­ti­on into your system.
